Joe Biden gets a MAGA welcome in Donald Trump's backyard

President Joe Biden soared into Donald Trump’s backyard of West Palm Beach for a fundraising swing, where he was met with a MAGA welcome.

All around, you could see artifacts that belonged to the previous president. Once Air Force One touched down, it proceeded to taxi past Trump Force One, the private 757 belonging to the former president.

As Biden’s motorcade departed from the airport, hundreds of people lined the street, holding Trump 2024 signs.

Trump and the so-called “MAGA Republicans” are an imminent danger to American democracy, according to Biden. However, he has also made an effort to differentiate between the most extreme Trump supporters and the “mainstream Republicans” that Biden claims constitute the bulk of the party.

As the convoy went by, one man raised his middle finger in defiance. ‘Hillary for Prison.’ One woman wore a Biden mask and a woman in prison attire the other.

Trump has really made the state his bread and butter and home, spending winters at his Mar-a-Lago estate, and this was a clear-cut reminder of that. People now see the once-swing state as seeing red.

As he addressed his backers at a Jupiter club—where Trump has a stake in a golf course and a residence for his son Don Jr.—Biden, however, cracked a joke.

He drove home the significance of holding onto the Senate, keeping a firm grip on the White House, and taking back the House. ‘You’ve really been hit by the real Trumpism here in Florida.’

He then crossed his fingers, which caused people to burst into laughter.

“I believe we have a real shot at winning Florida,” he continued.

Right on the heels of Jupiter, the spry 81-year-old Biden hits the road to Miami for his second gig.

Despite Florida being a red state through and through, he has barely lifted a finger to secure the Sunshine State.

The campaign swing occurs as the Middle East crisis hits the fan, as Biden and his top advisers weigh the pros and cons of striking militias backed by Iran, and as his administration faces a barrage of criticism for dropping the ball on discouraging Tehran.
