Trump was accused of directing Cohen to lie to Congress, here’s the truth!

Liberals and mainstream media have been going crazy since last night, because the “news” portal Buzzfeed reported that President Donald Trump ordered Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about his plans to build a Trump Tower in Moscow during the 2016 presidential campaign, according to two federal officials who were “involved in an investigation into the matter.”

Nothing in this story makes sense and at this moment, it is very likely that it is an invented story. Let’s look first at the logic behind the story. Why would Donald Trump tell Cohen to lie about the Trump Tower project in Moscow when it had not even started? No contracts were signed and it is not illegal to build a hotel in Russia.

Then there is Cohen himself, who pleaded guilty to crimes he did not commit to receive a reduced sentence from federal prosecutors. He also pleaded guilty to lying to Mueller about the proposed Trump Tower deal in Moscow and told Mueller that everything he did wrong was because of “loyalty” to Trump, not because Trump told him to do it. Cohen’s own past official statements completely contradict this “report”.

Based on how the criminal justice system works, Cohen would not have received any time in jail if he had real evidence of the crimes committed by President Trump. Cohen was willing to plead guilty to fabricated crimes and invent everything he could to blame President Trump. The only way out of Cohen’s jail was to give something useful to Mueller, but he has already been sentenced to jail, so the story of Buzzfeed must be invented.

If you’re not convinced, it gets even worse, since Jason Leopold, the “reporter” who published this Buzzfeed story, is a “serial fabulist,” according to the Columbia Journalism Review, because he was “caught” inventing things in an article of Salon 2002 and then acknowledged that he was “completely wrong.”

Jason Leopold also made an appearance on CNN today and revealed that he has not seen any evidence to corroborate his “report.” We also know that Cohen recorded almost all of his meetings, even with President Trump, but Buzzfeed’s story does not say anything about a recording of Trump directing Cohen to lie to Congress. Trump had previously complained that Cohen recorded all his meetings, so if this story were real, the conversation would have been recorded.

“Reporter Anthony Cormier of BuzzfeedNews appeared on CNN’s New Day and revealed that he had not seen the evidence underlying his report.”

As you can see this nothing but Fake news, Mueller’s investigators simply asked Cohen about his communications with Trump about a possible tower in Moscow. That is all. What is really happening here is that the mainstream media needed a distraction after President Trump put Nancy Pelosi on the no-fly list by canceling her trip abroad yesterday.

President Trump is defeating the Democrats in the Battle for the Wall, Bruce Ohr’s testimony about FISA’s undue guarantees is very damaging to Mueller, the FBI and the Department of Justice, and President Trump is winning China’s trade war . The media have no choice but to invent stories with “anonymous sources,” because they can not defeat President Trump in an equitable manner.
