Biden’s approval rating plummets to an all-time low, least popular among Hispanics

According to the findings of a recent survey, President Joe Biden’s popularity rating continues to fall as Americans become increasingly unsatisfied with his handling of important problems becoming least popular among Hispanics.

According to a Quinnipiac University survey issued Wednesday, Biden’s popularity rating has plunged to a new low of 33%, with 53% of Americans disapproving of the president’s performance. The rating has dropped 3% since November 2021, when Biden had a 36% approval rating.

Hispanic voters were the least favorable of Biden’s job performance, with just 28% indicating they approve of how he is managing his responsibilities, compared to 32% of white voters and 57% of black voters. Only 25% of independent voters approved of Biden’s performance, while 57% disapproved.

Voters criticized Biden’s handling of major topics such as the economy, the COVID-19 epidemic, and foreign policy.

Only 34% of Americans approve of Biden’s handling of the economy, while 57% disapprove. The results come after many months of growing inflation, with the Consumer Price Index climbing at its fastest rate in 40 years.

Americans also feel the economy is suffering, with 35% believing it is in “bad” shape and another 35% believing it is in a “not so good” state.

Biden’s handling of international affairs earned comparable levels of dissatisfaction, with only 35% approving of his performance on the subject.
The Biden administration was chastised for its August pullout from Afghanistan, which left hundreds of Americans stranded.

On COVID-19, Biden did little better, with 39 percent of Americans saying they favor his reaction to the virus, while 55 percent disagree.

Americans also saw Biden as polarizing: 49 percent believe the president is dividing the country, while 42 percent believe he is uniting it.

The poll, which was conducted from January 7 to 10, polled 1,313 American adults and had a margin of error of 2.7 percent.
