Campaign Money to Watch
- A committee supporting Byron Donalds reported receiving a $10 million contribution from Ken Griffin as the broader Donalds campaign network exceeded $103 million in reported fundraising.
- Wilton Simpson entered the agriculture commissioner contest with approximately $33 million available across his campaign and political committee.

Florida Legislative Elections

The 2026 ballot also includes a special election for Florida Senate District 21. The Division of Elections says no August 18 special primary will be held for that seat, but the special general election remains scheduled for November 3.
